Gladys May (Murray) Lamoureux, 77, of Warwick, died peacefully at home on May 30, 2010. Born in Needham, MA she was a daughter of the late William J. Murray, Sr. and Ida May (Walsh) Murray. She was the wife of the late Morris W. Lamoureux. Prior to her marriage to Mr. Lamoureux, she was the former wife of John I. Lemley and the widow of Paul R. Wilson, Sr. Mrs. Lamoureux was a Sales Manager and Supervisor of seven retail stores, until her retirement. She was a member of Riverpoint Advent Christian Church, and the Sparrows Point III Residents Association. She was an avid reader for most of her life. She leaves her five children: Paul R. Wilson, Jr. of Coventry, Glenn A. Wilson of Richmond, Timothy J. Lemley of AZ, Laura A. Wilcox of Wakefield, Faith A. Larsen of Coventry, and Suzanne M. Wilson of Narragansett. She was the mother of the late Deborah E. Kershaw. She leaves 20 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Stanley B. Delfino of MA and the late Ida May Delfino. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 10:00 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95). Burial will follow in Greenwood Burial Ground, Coventry. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
