Everett H. Holman, 93, of Warwick, died Friday at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of the late Doris L. (Shippee) Holman. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Everett H. and Mary Ann (Pearson) Holman. Mr. Holman was an Industrial Engineer at the Quonset Naval Air Station for 29 years, retiring in 1973. He was also a Real Estate Agent for Shailer & Greene and Associates. He was an active member of Warwick Central Baptist Church where he was a long serving Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. He served as treasurer of N.A.R.F.E. and was a member of Harmony Lodge #9 AF&AM. A family icon, he was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was the beloved father of Linda A. Brown and her husband John, Jr. of Warwick and the late Gale M. Ainsworth. Loving grandfather of seven and great grandfather of twelve. His Funeral Service will be held Monday at 1:00 pm in Warwick Central Baptist Church, 3070 Post Road, Warwick. Burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Sunday 5-7 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) and Monday 12 Noon-1:00 pm in the church.
