Carol A. (Greenhalgh) Hannan, 71, passed away Monday at Orchard View Manor. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Hannan. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Alfred E. and Lillian (Yazukiewicz) Greenhalgh; she had lived in Cranston most of her life. Mrs. Hannan was a private duty home health aid until her retirement. She adored her cats and dogs. She was the beloved mother of Sheri Fillion of Rumford and Kim Serapiglia of Coventry. Loving grandmother of Jason R. Serapiglia. She was the sister of the late June Petrarca. Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MUPRHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Matthew Church, corner of Elmwood and Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Thursday 5-8 pm.
