William J. Delisle, 48, of Manville, died Friday at Kent Hospital. Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Armand R. and Patricia M. (Malley) Delisle. Bill was a Licensed Funeral Director & Registered Embalmer with The Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home and The Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel until his retirement due to illness. He was a graduate of Pilgrim High School, class of 1979 and The New England Institute at Mount Ida College. He was a longtime communicant of St. Timothy Church. He was a member of the New England Institute/Mount Ida College Alumni Association and the Rhode Island Funeral Directors Association. Bill enjoyed vacationing in Largo, Florida. He was the beloved brother of Eileen R. Delisle of East Providence and Lea M. Morais and her husband Jaime of Seekonk, MA. Loving uncle of Katherine and Jack Morais. Best Friend of Manuel B. Revollo of Manville. Cherished nephew and cousin. His funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday 5-8 pm.
