Lillian M. (Syverson) Appolonia, 86, a homemaker of Laurel Avenue, Coventry, died Sunday at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late John Appolonia. Born in Hopkinton, she was a daughter of the late George and Lillian M. (Baptista) Syverson.

She was the beloved mother of George H. Appolonia of Pawcatuck, CT, Beverly M. Tolman of Providence, Patricia A. Appolonia of West Warwick, Dolores J. Ruston of Plano, TX, Linda M. Rebello of Coventry and the late John Joseph Appolonia U.S.M.C. who was killed in action in Vietnam on May 31, 1968. Loving grandmother of ten and great grandmother of fourteen.

Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 10:00 am in THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday 6-8 pm. Kindly omit flowers.
